Description

Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs are a bold twist on the classic appetizer. These eggs are creamy, tangy, and topped with a kick of heat from chili garlic sauce, making them a flavorful and unique crowd-pleaser for parties, picnics, or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives or green onions for garnish
  • Optional: pinch of paprika for dusting

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar or lemon juice, and chili garlic sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions and a light dusting of paprika, if desired.
  6. Chill before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • Use sriracha or sambal oelek as a substitute for chili garlic sauce if needed.
  • For extra heat, mix in a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
