Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs are a bold twist on the classic appetizer. These eggs are creamy, tangy, and topped with a kick of heat from chili garlic sauce, making them a flavorful and unique crowd-pleaser for parties, picnics, or snacks.

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives or green onions for garnish
- Optional: pinch of paprika for dusting
Instructions
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar or lemon juice, and chili garlic sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish with chopped chives or green onions and a light dusting of paprika, if desired.
- Chill before serving for best flavor.
Notes
- Use sriracha or sambal oelek as a substitute for chili garlic sauce if needed.
- For extra heat, mix in a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
