Spicy Bayou Deviled Eggs are a zesty twist on the classic appetizer, infused with Cajun spices, hot sauce, and a hint of smoky paprika for a flavorful bite perfect for parties or gatherings.

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Drain and cool eggs under cold running water. Peel and halve the eggs lengthwise.
- Carefully remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with extra smoked paprika and chopped parsley or chives.
- Chill before serving for best flavor.
