Description

Snickers Banana Bark is a no-bake frozen treat layered with banana slices, rich dark chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy roasted peanuts. It’s the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and satisfying in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large ripe but firm bananas, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange banana slices in a single layer on the parchment paper, slightly overlapping.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second bursts until smooth.
  4. Drizzle melted chocolate over the bananas.
  5. Slightly warm peanut butter and drizzle over the chocolate layer. Swirl gently with a spoon if desired.
  6. Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts over the top and lightly press them in.
  7. Freeze the tray for at least 2 hours until firm.
  8. Break into pieces and serve straight from the freezer.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas to avoid mushy texture.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor contrast.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
