A fun, no-bake treat that combines all the flavors of classic s’mores—chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows—coated on crispy cereal. Perfect for parties, road trips, or movie nights.

- 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for extra crunch)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure out the Golden Grahams cereal and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir until evenly coated.
- Add powdered sugar to a large zip-top bag or container with a lid. Add the coated cereal and shake until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet to cool completely.
- Once cooled, mix in mini marshmallows and optional mix-ins like crushed graham crackers or white chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
Notes
- Use a sifter or mesh strainer to dust extra powdered sugar for presentation.
- Try almond butter instead of peanut butter for a different flavor.
