Description

A fun and indulgent dessert pizza featuring a crispy flatbread crust topped with melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers—just like classic s’mores in pizza form.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Optional: drizzle of chocolate syrup or caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Top with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden and chocolate is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce if desired.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use white chocolate or peanut butter chips for a different flavor twist.
  • For extra gooeyness, add marshmallow fluff after baking.
