Description

A refreshing and creamy tropical smoothie made with pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut milk. Light, fruity, and perfect for a healthy start or a mid-day boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place serving glasses in the freezer to chill.
  2. Add pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Start blending on low speed, then increase to high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stop to scrape down sides as needed, blending again until fully combined.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if desired.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.
