- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Place serving glasses in the freezer to chill.
- Add pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and ice cubes to the blender.
- Start blending on low speed, then increase to high until smooth and creamy.
- Stop to scrape down sides as needed, blending again until fully combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if desired.
- Pour into chilled glasses, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.

- Use frozen fruit for a thicker, colder texture.
