- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Separate biscuit dough and slightly flatten each piece to make a wider base.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, shrimp, crab, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon a generous amount of the seafood mixture onto each biscuit.
- Top each with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.
