Shrimp and Crab Nacho Biscuit Melts are savory, cheesy seafood bites featuring buttery biscuits topped with a creamy shrimp and crab mixture, melted cheese, and nacho-inspired seasonings—perfect for appetizers or a fun twist on dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and slightly flatten each piece to make a wider base.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, shrimp, crab, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the seafood mixture onto each biscuit.
  5. Top each with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm.
