- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat (cooked and picked over)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (for garnish)
- Marinara or garlic butter sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, Old Bay, red pepper flakes, and green onions until well combined.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into rectangles or strips depending on desired stick size.
- Spoon seafood mixture onto one side of each rectangle, then fold over and seal edges tightly with a fork.
- Place on the baking sheet, brush tops with melted butter, and sprinkle with parsley or Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with marinara or garlic butter dipping sauce.
