Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground sausage and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Stir in drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, and biscuit mix until fully incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
