  • 3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 50 g Shredded Coconut
  • 68 Fresh Strawberries, halved
  • 34 Coconut Truffles (optional), halved
  • Dried Flower Petals (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: If toasting your coconut, preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking tray.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a chilled bowl, add cold whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer until medium peaks form. Set aside in the fridge.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: If toasting coconut, spread it on the lined tray and toast for 5–8 minutes until golden. Let cool.
