- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 4 thick slices sourdough bread

- 2 garlic cloves, peeled

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the tomatoes out on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, until blistered and soft.
- While the tomatoes roast, toast the sourdough slices under the broiler or in a toaster.
- Once toasted, rub each slice with a peeled garlic clove.
- Spread goat cheese generously on each slice.
- Top with roasted tomatoes and chopped basil. Serve warm.
