This Refreshing Cucumber Lemonade is a cool and hydrating drink made with fresh cucumbers, tangy lemons, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for hot summer days or as a light, revitalizing beverage for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves and cucumber slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the chopped cucumber with 1 cup of water until smooth.
- Strain the cucumber puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, and remaining 3 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed by adding more sugar or lemon juice.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice. Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace some of the water with club soda.
- Add a splash of honey or agave syrup for a natural sweetener option.
- Best served cold and consumed within 2 days for the freshest flavor.
