Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and salt, then mix in flour until crumbly dough forms.
- Press dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Sprinkle raspberries over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Pour mixture evenly over raspberries.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until filling is set.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Let them melt for 3–5 minutes, then spread into a smooth layer.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal and clean slices.
- Let bars cool fully before cutting to avoid messiness.
- Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
- Swap in different berries for a twist on the classic.
