- 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, whole and dry
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and the white chocolate in a separate heatproof bowl.
- Melt each chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate and gently swirl to create a marbled effect.
- Lightly press the raspberries into the surface of the chocolate.
- Sprinkle the flaky sea salt evenly over the top.
- Allow the bark to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm, then break into pieces and serve.
