Description

A simple yet indulgent chocolate bark made with swirls of dark and white chocolate, finished with fresh raspberries and a touch of flaky sea salt for the perfect balance of sweet and tart.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, whole and dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and the white chocolate in a separate heatproof bowl.
  3. Melt each chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate and gently swirl to create a marbled effect.
  6. Lightly press the raspberries into the surface of the chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt evenly over the top.
  8. Allow the bark to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm, then break into pieces and serve.
