Description

Quick Blender Crepes are thin, delicate, and buttery French-style crepes that come together in minutes using just a blender. Perfect for sweet or savory fillings and ideal for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, and optional sugar and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease the skillet and wipe off excess oil.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan. Swirl quickly to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges lift and the underside is golden. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  6. Transfer to a warm plate and cover. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite fillings or toppings.

Notes

  • Rest the batter for 30 minutes for best texture.
  • Use a thin spatula for easy flipping.
  • Add a splash of milk if the batter thickens too much.
