Description

This Pumpkin Pie Smoothie captures the cozy flavors of fall in a creamy, spiced, and refreshing drink perfect for breakfast or a healthy dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add pumpkin puree, frozen banana, milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and yogurt (if using) to the blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a clean glass or mason jar.
