Description

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 cups heavy cream, cold
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Place the thawed puff pastry sheets on the prepared baking sheet and prick lightly with a fork.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden and crisp, then allow them to cool completely.
  5. Cut each baked pastry sheet into equal rectangles for layering.
  6. Spread whipped cream on one pastry layer, add a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  7. Place another pastry layer on top and repeat the layering with cream and berries.
  8. Finish with a final layer of cream and scatter additional berries over the top.
  9. Lightly dust with powdered sugar before serving.
  10. Slice carefully and serve immediately for the best texture.
