- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place your baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat up.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk while whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough to fit your baking sheet on parchment paper.
- Spread white sauce evenly over the dough. Top with mozzarella and parmesan. Sprinkle with oregano and brush crust edges with olive oil.
- Carefully transfer parchment and dough onto the preheated baking sheet or stone. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into squares and serve warm.
