Description

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough: 1 package (about 1 pound)
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: 1 ½ cups
  • Mini Pepperoni Slices: ½ cup
  • Tomato Sauce: ½ cup
  • Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder: ½ teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a small bowl, mix shredded mozzarella, mini pepperoni, tomato sauce, oregano, and garlic powder until evenly combined
  3. Ensure your baking sheet is lined with parchment to prevent sticking
  4. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Spread the filling evenly, roll the dough tightly, and slice into 1–2 inch pieces
  5. Arrange the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown
