Ingredients
- Pizza Dough: 1 package (about 1 pound)
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: 1 ½ cups
- Mini Pepperoni Slices: ½ cup
- Tomato Sauce: ½ cup
- Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder: ½ teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a small bowl, mix shredded mozzarella, mini pepperoni, tomato sauce, oregano, and garlic powder until evenly combined
- Ensure your baking sheet is lined with parchment to prevent sticking
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Spread the filling evenly, roll the dough tightly, and slice into 1–2 inch pieces
- Arrange the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from the oven, brush lightly with olive oil if desired, and let cool for a few minutes
- Plate the pizza rolls, serve with extra tomato sauce if desired, and enjoy warm
