These Pizza Pot Pies are a fun twist on classic pizza—gooey cheese, savory sauce, and your favorite toppings baked under a golden crust of pizza dough. Served straight from ramekins, they’re cozy, customizable, and perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining.

- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce or pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings such as sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Olive oil for brushing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease 4 oven-safe ramekins.
- In a mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce with oregano, basil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Layer each ramekin with a spoonful of sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella, some pepperoni or chosen toppings, and a little Parmesan cheese. Repeat until ramekins are nearly full, finishing with cheese on top.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into circles slightly larger than the tops of the ramekins.
- Place the dough over each ramekin, pressing edges to seal. Brush with olive oil if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Carefully invert onto plates or serve directly in ramekins.

- Use any pizza toppings you love—make each ramekin unique for different tastes.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle garlic salt or Italian seasoning on the dough before baking.
- These can be made in advance and refrigerated—just add 5 extra minutes to baking time.
