Description

Pizza Chips are a quick and fun snack made by baking or air-frying pepperoni slices or tortilla chips topped with cheese and classic pizza seasonings. Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, they’re perfect for parties, movie nights, or satisfying a pizza craving without the crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pepperoni slices or tortilla chips (as base)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (optional, for dipping)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh basil or red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare air fryer at 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange pepperoni slices or tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer basket lined with parchment.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over each chip or slice.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan if using.
  5. Bake for 6–8 minutes or air fry for 4–6 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
  6. Let cool slightly to crisp up, then garnish with fresh basil or red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use mini naan, pita chips, or zucchini slices for a lower-carb variation.
  • Add chopped olives, bell peppers, or jalapeños for extra toppings.
