Description

Decadent Pistachio Rocher Truffles made with rich dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, crushed pistachios, and a crisp wafer crunch, perfect for gifting or indulging.


Ingredients

  • Dark Chocolate: 200 grams, chopped
  • Heavy Cream: 100 ml
  • Hazelnuts: 100 grams, toasted and finely chopped
  • Pistachios: 150 grams, crushed
  • Wafer cookies: 4 to 5, crushed
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: A pinch

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Line trays with parchment and chill mixing bowls if needed.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Melt chocolate with butter and cream. Stir in wafer cookies and a portion of chopped hazelnuts.
