Pink M&M Snickers Cheesecake is a rich and indulgent dessert featuring a creamy cheesecake base loaded with chopped Snickers and topped with festive pink M&Ms — perfect for Valentine’s Day or any celebration.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 fun-size bars)
- 1/2 cup pink M&Ms (plus extra for topping)
- Optional: melted chocolate or caramel sauce for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Fold in chopped Snickers and 1/2 cup pink M&Ms.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is just set and slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with extra pink M&Ms and drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel if desired.
Notes
- Use a water bath while baking to prevent cracking (wrap pan in foil and place in a larger pan with water).
- Make ahead and chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
- You can swap in other M&M colors or candy bars depending on the occasion.
