Description

Pineapple Mango Salsa is a sweet, tangy, and refreshing salsa made with juicy tropical fruits, zesty lime, and a hint of spice. It’s perfect as a dip with chips or as a topping for grilled chicken, fish, or tacos.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, mango, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and season with salt to taste.
  3. Stir gently until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15–30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm mango and pineapple for best texture.
  • Add diced avocado for creaminess, or cucumber for extra crunch.
  • Delicious over grilled fish, shrimp, chicken, or tacos.
