Description

Peach Lemonade is a refreshing, sweet, and tangy drink that combines the fruity sweetness of ripe peaches with the zesty brightness of lemons. Perfect for hot summer days or as a fun beverage for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 34 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine sliced peaches, lemon juice, and honey or sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the peach mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove pulp and seeds.
  3. Add 4 cups of water to the pitcher and stir to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more honey or sugar if desired.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the lemonade based on the ripeness of the peaches.
  • For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
  • If you prefer a stronger peach flavor, blend in extra peaches or peach puree.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
