Description

These fudgy, chocolate-packed Party Brownies are topped with smooth frosting and colorful sprinkles for the ultimate festive treat. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or any day that needs a little extra joy.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until combined.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
  5. Bake for 22–25 minutes or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Let brownies cool completely in the pan.
  7. Once cool, spread chocolate frosting evenly on top.
  8. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles. Slice and serve.
