Description

Parmesan Garlic Cheeseburger Lasagna is a decadent twist on two classics—juicy cheeseburgers and hearty lasagna. Layers of pasta, garlicky ground beef, rich cheese sauce, and Parmesan make this a crowd-pleasing comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • For the Cheese Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 more minutes. Set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Whisk in milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer until thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season to taste. Remove from heat.
  7. Spread a small amount of cheese sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  8. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by 1/3 of the meat, 1/3 of the cheese sauce, and a sprinkle of mozzarella and cheddar. Repeat layers two more times.
  9. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  11. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use oven-ready noodles for quicker assembly.
  • Add cooked bacon or pickles between layers for a cheeseburger twist.
  • Great for leftovers—flavors deepen the next day.
