Parmesan Garlic Cheeseburger Lasagna is a decadent twist on two classics—juicy cheeseburgers and hearty lasagna. Layers of pasta, garlicky ground beef, rich cheese sauce, and Parmesan make this a crowd-pleasing comfort food.

- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- For the Cheese Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 more minutes. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk in milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer until thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season to taste. Remove from heat.
- Spread a small amount of cheese sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by 1/3 of the meat, 1/3 of the cheese sauce, and a sprinkle of mozzarella and cheddar. Repeat layers two more times.
- Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Use oven-ready noodles for quicker assembly.
- Add cooked bacon or pickles between layers for a cheeseburger twist.
- Great for leftovers—flavors deepen the next day.
