Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, and cold butter until crumbly
  3. Press crust into a tart pan evenly across base and sides
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, remaining sugar, orange juice, heavy cream, and cornstarch until smooth
  5. Strain mixture and pour into prepared crust
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until center is just set
  7. Let cool completely then refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  8. Slice and serve chilled or at room temperature
