Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, and cold butter until crumbly
- Press crust into a tart pan evenly across base and sides
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, remaining sugar, orange juice, heavy cream, and cornstarch until smooth
- Strain mixture and pour into prepared crust
