Description

Oatmeal Crunchies are deliciously crunchy, chewy treats made with oats, brown sugar, and butter. Perfect for a quick snack or a sweet breakfast bite, these bars deliver satisfying texture and classic flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and salt.
  3. Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract until mixture is crumbly but holds together when pressed.
  4. Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
