Description

No-Bake White Chocolate Cranberry Oat Clusters are quick, delicious, and festive treats made with just a few ingredients. These chewy, sweet, and slightly tart bites are perfect for holidays, snacking, or gift-giving.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or pecans, optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt white chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth, stirring frequently.
  3. In a large bowl, mix oats, dried cranberries, chopped nuts (if using), and salt.
  4. Pour melted white chocolate mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes until firm.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
