Description

Cool, minty, and chocolaty clusters made with just a few ingredients — these no-bake treats are perfect for holidays, parties, or whenever you need a quick sweet fix.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal or cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in peppermint extract and a drop of green food coloring if using.
  4. Gently fold in the cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes or until set.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
