Description

No Bake Cookies are a quick and easy treat made with oats, cocoa, peanut butter, and a rich, chocolatey syrup. Perfect for when you need a sweet fix without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder.
  3. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  4. Quickly stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  5. Mix in the oats until fully coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until set.

Notes

  • Use old-fashioned oats for a chewier texture, but quick oats make for softer cookies.
  • Try adding shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra texture.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
