These no-bake cookie dough bites are the perfect sweet snack—soft, chewy, and packed with chocolate chips. No oven required and ready in minutes!

- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spread the flour on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to heat-treat it. Let cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Stir in the heat-treated flour and salt.
- Add milk gradually, starting with 1 tablespoon, until the dough reaches desired consistency.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
- Add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
- Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option.
