Description

These no-bake cookie dough bites are the perfect sweet snack—soft, chewy, and packed with chocolate chips. No oven required and ready in minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spread the flour on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to heat-treat it. Let cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Stir in the heat-treated flour and salt.
  5. Add milk gradually, starting with 1 tablespoon, until the dough reaches desired consistency.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  7. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
  • Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option.
