Ingredients
- Graham Crackers: 1 box (14.4 oz)
- Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix: 2 (3.4 oz) boxes
- Cold Whole Milk: 3 cups
- Whipped Topping (Cool Whip): 1 container (8 oz)
- Chocolate Frosting: 1 tub (16 oz)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thick.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fully combined.
- In a 9×13 baking dish, layer the bottom with graham crackers, breaking to fit.
- Spread half the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, then the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with one final layer of graham crackers.
- Microwave the chocolate frosting for 15–20 seconds to soften, then spread evenly on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
