Description

  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 200 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams diced tomatoes
  • 50 grams sliced jalapeños
  • 100 grams black beans
  • 100 grams sour cream
  • 30 grams green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a pan until fully browned and seasoned.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread tortilla chips evenly on the baking sheet, then layer with cooked ground beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and add sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.
