Description

A creamy, cinnamon-spiced beverage that combines the rich flavors of horchata and mocha, perfect for sipping hot or cold.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white rice, soaked
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend soaked rice, whole milk, brewed coffee, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer to remove any rice solids.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice for a cold version.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a light dusting of ground cinnamon before serving.
