Instructions
- Blend soaked rice, whole milk, brewed coffee, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer to remove any rice solids.
- Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice for a cold version.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a light dusting of ground cinnamon before serving.
