- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dissolve instant coffee in warm milk, then mix in sugar, butter, eggs, and yeast.
- Gradually add flour, salt, and cinnamon, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Shape dough into individual buns and place on the lined baking sheet.
- Let buns rise for 30-40 minutes until doubled in size.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top while buns are still warm.
- Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm.
