Description

  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Cooked Basmati or Jasmine Rice
  • 1 medium Cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Mint, chopped (optional)

Instructions
