- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the kielbasa sausage into thin rounds, then carefully slice each round Hasselback-style, making slits about halfway through each piece.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place the sliced kielbasa rounds on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the maple BBQ sauce mixture, making sure the sauce gets into the slits.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the kielbasa is heated through and the sauce is caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
