- 12 oz fettuccine pasta

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Optional: extra Parmesan for serving
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest if using.
- Add the lobster meat to the sauce and heat through, about 1–2 minutes.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture and flavor.
- You can substitute shrimp or crab if lobster isn’t available.
- Lobster tails can be steamed or boiled, then removed from shells and chopped.
