- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small taco shells (hard or soft)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
For the Burger Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with a layer of seasoned beef, then top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
- Drizzle with burger sauce and serve immediately.
