Description

Golden crispy fries piled high with spicy buffalo chicken, melty cheese, and a drizzle of cool ranch—perfect for game day or anytime cravings strike.

  • 1 bag (20 oz) frozen French fries
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the frozen fries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove fries from the oven, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly on top.
  5. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the cheesy fries.
  6. Return the tray to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and garnish with chopped green onions.
