- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the frozen fries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove fries from the oven, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly on top.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the cheesy fries.
- Return the tray to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
