- 2 cups kunafa (kataifi) dough, shredded
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar syrup (ater), cooled

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the shredded kunafa dough in a large bowl and pour the melted butter over it, tossing to coat evenly.

- Drizzle sugar syrup over the top layer and garnish with chopped pistachios.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
