- Optional: extra cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature for easy mixing.
- In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until firm enough to shape.
- Scoop small portions of dough and roll into balls using your hands.
- Optional: roll each truffle in cocoa powder or chopped nuts.
- Place truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill again for 15 minutes before serving.
