Description
Juicy Air Fryer Hamburgers are quick, easy, and full of flavor with a perfectly seared crust and tender center. Cooked in under 15 minutes, they make the ideal weeknight meal with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined—do not overwork.
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Make a small indent in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent puffing.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for well done. Add cheese during the last minute if desired.
- Remove and rest for 2–3 minutes. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Do not press the patties during cooking—this keeps them juicy.
- Use parchment liners or lightly spray the basket to prevent sticking.
- Customize with different seasonings like smoked paprika or chipotle powder for extra flavor.
