- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water

- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Dissolve the flavored gelatin powder in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well, then allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled gelatin mixture with the cottage cheese.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows, gently folding to combine.
- Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving dish and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then serve chilled.
