Description

Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip is a creamy, spicy, and cheesy appetizer that combines tangy cream cheese with sharp cheddar, jalapeños, and a crispy golden topping. Perfect for parties, game days, or a quick snack fix.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped (or 12 fresh jalapeños, seeded and diced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, to mix with breadcrumbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, parmesan, jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top.
