- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- ¾ cup Nutella
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Place your mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for about 10 minutes to chill.
- In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture.
- Set out 4 to 6 clear serving glasses or jars on a tray.
- Start with a spoonful of ricotta mixture, then add a layer of Nutella, and repeat until the glass is full.
- Top with chopped hazelnuts and chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Optionally, drizzle more Nutella or add extra toppings before serving.
