Description

Creamy, dreamy layers of sweet ricotta and rich Nutella come together in this elegant no-bake Italian dessert. Perfect for entertaining or a simple indulgence at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • ¾ cup Nutella
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Place your mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for about 10 minutes to chill.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture.
  5. Set out 4 to 6 clear serving glasses or jars on a tray.
  6. Start with a spoonful of ricotta mixture, then add a layer of Nutella, and repeat until the glass is full.
  7. Top with chopped hazelnuts and chocolate shavings.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  9. Optionally, drizzle more Nutella or add extra toppings before serving.

  • Chill your bowl before whipping cream for faster, fluffier results.
