Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (18.4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water. Mix until fully blended.
  3. Stir in hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips, if using. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Drizzle additional warm hot fudge over the top before serving, if desired.
