- 3 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a bowl, whisk together harissa paste, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes if time allows.
- Place wings on the prepared baking sheet, preferably on a wire rack.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning and basting halfway through with extra marinade.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a caramelized finish, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
